Attention: scammers impersonating Verba-VV representatives
How to protect yourself from fraud?
Dear clients and partners!
Recently, there have been more cases of fraud involving the use of our name. Attackers create fake accounts in messengers and social networks, send pseudo-orders, issue fake invoices, and demand prepayments to third-party accounts unrelated to our company.
❗After such “payments”, the victims contact us with a question:
“Where is my product?”
Unfortunately, we cannot help in such cases, as the order was not placed through our official channels, and the funds were transferred to fraudsters.
Please follow a few simple but important rules:
🔹 Check the source of communication.
- Our official contacts are available only at verba-vv.org (not verba_vv.org, etc.).
- All official communications of Verba-VV via e-mail are made from the domain …@verba-vv.org (example: info@verba-vv.org)
- All phone calls are made only from the numbers listed on the website in the “Contacts” section
🔹 Always check the payment details.
- We send invoices only from the official corporate mail and only with our official details.
- Do not make payments to personal cards or unknown accounts.
